Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for precise defect detection without harming assets.

Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)

NDT techniques, including ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and eddy current testing (ECT), enable flaw detection without damaging the asset. We follow ASME, API, and ISO standards, ensuring compliance across facilities such as in-plant piping, pipelines, tanks, and offshore platforms.

Cathodic Protection: Inspection, Troubleshooting, and Repair

Designed for both impressed current and sacrificial anode systems, we assess and maintain protection against corrosion for buried pipelines, flowlines, and tanks. Adhering to NACE and ISO 15589, our services cover onshore and offshore platforms, enhancing asset longevity.

Coating Inspection and Repair
  1. We perform detailed inspections of protective coatings, using methods like DFT (Dry Film Thickness) testing and holiday detection, to maintain coating integrity and prevent corrosion. Services are compliant with NACE SP0188 and SSPC standards and are applicable to pipelines, tanks, and platform structures.
Pipeline Cleaning: Pigging Services

For optimal flow efficiency and internal corrosion prevention, our pipeline pigging services include mechanical, foam, and smart pigging techniques. Following API 1163 and ASME B31.8 standards, we maintain pipelines, flowlines, and offshore infrastructure.

Internal Corrosion Assessment

Utilizing weight loss coupons and electrochemical analysis for qualitative and quantitative evaluation, we assess internal corrosion risks in pipelines, tanks, and offshore structures. Standards such as ISO 8044 guide our approach to identifying and mitigating corrosion in a range of environments.
